It's important to note that all sales at KPOP Makeup Forever™ are final and not eligible for refund. We offer 30 Day Buyer Protection on all eligible orders to ensure you always receive what you paid for!
If you received a damaged or defective item or an item other than that which you ordered, you may exchange it for the correct item, exchange it for a similar item of equal or lesser price, or have your purchase refunded. If any item in your order is lost en route to you, we will refund the full amount of the ordered item(s) to you, plus any shipping and tax paid. Refunds are issued to a KPOP Makeup Forever Card™, and the funds are available immediately. We're unable to issue refunds to credit/debit cards or via Apple Pay. Your purchase is protected up to 30 days after receipt. To file a Buyer Protection request, simply contact Customer Service. Requests are processed quickly and without hassle. You'll never have to pay to request or process a return at KPOP Makeup Forever, and we pay return shipping!
Every item in our collection is eligible for Buyer Protection unless otherwise specified in the item details. Your order is eligible for Buyer Protection for 30 days after you receive it. This coverage begins the date and time the shipping carrier marks your order as delivered. For orders that were never received, Buyer Protection coverage begins 30 days after the latest expected arrival date for your location as estimated in our shipping policy. To request a Buyer Protection return or refund, contact Customer Service. All original tags, labels and packaging enclosures for the item(s) to be returned must still be attached and included; and the item(s) may not be used or have damage or wear not present when the item(s) initially shipped to you. There must not be a delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier for "lost en route" requests.
Lost en Route Requests
Within 5 business days of your request being submitted, we will attempt to confirm your order's delivery status with the shipping carrier. If we are unable to confirm the delivery status of your order, or we can confirm that your order was never received, your request will be completed. Your refund will be issued immediately after completing your request.
All Other Requests
After your request has been approved, we will email you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label and will wait to receive your return. Keep in mind that returns postmarked more than 30 days after receipt are no longer eligible for Buyer Protection, so don't take too long! Once your return has been received and processed, your Buyer Protection request is complete. Exchanges are shipped and refunds are issued immediately after completing your request. It typically takes 2-3 weeks to process a return. You'll receive an email confirmation and a shipping confirmation, if applicable, once your request has been completed.
Contact Customer Service to submit a Buyer Protection request. Choose to either report as lost or return all or a portion of your order. You'll be asked for your order number, which item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for your request. Once your request is approved, you'll receive an email with an RMA # and a free return shipping label. Securely package your return, write the RMA # visibly and clearly on the outside of the package, affix your shipping label, and drop it off at the specified carrier.
Any package that is sent to us without a visible RMA and any ineligible order returned to us - in whole or in part, will not be accepted and may be held, discarded or shipped back to you at your expense. If you prefer not to use the return shipping label we provide, we recommend that all returns be sent through a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for the loss, damage or shipping costs of packages sent with a return label not provided by us. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
