It's easy to shop at KPOP Makeup Forever. Orders can be placed online on our website, via Facebook, by phone, and by email. Each time you place an order at KPOP Makeup Forever, we'll email you an order confirmation. We'll also email you a shipping confirmation with a link to track your order once it's shipped. Depending on your location and the shipping speed you chose, you'll receive your order within 2-28 days after it's shipped. Click here for detailed shipping info.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, KPOP Makeup Forever Cards™, and Apple Pay.

We're required by U.S. state and county ordinances to collect a 8.9% sales tax on all orders. All prices on our website automatically include tax, so you can be assured that what you see is what you pay!

Once you place an order, your form of payment will be charged for the total amount. If your order is canceled or refunded, the funds will be available to you again within 3-5 business days. The exact timeframe is determined by your financial institution (or Apple Pay policies if you paid via Apple Pay). If you paid for your order using a KPOP Makeup Forever Card, the funds will be available immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any Customer for any reason - with or without notification or explanation at any time before, during or after the order process. Should this right be exercised after you've placed and/or paid for an order, your order will be canceled and any amounts authorized or charged to your form of payment will be lifted or refunded.

To make changes to or to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact Customer Service. Due to time differences, we can not guarantee that we will be able to edit or cancel your order before it ships, however we will make every effort to do so. Orders that have shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

For your security, we may flag or cancel an order that appears suspicious. We may also refuse to fulfill an order for any reason. If your order is flagged, we'll hold it for review and will notify you via email. Contact Customer Service using the info in the email. If we're unable to speak with you to review your order within 48 hours after the notification was sent, your order will be canceled. If we refuse to fulfill an order, we will cancel it, and may do so without prior notification.

In the unlikely event your order is canceled, you will receive an order cancellation confirmation via email. Any amounts authorized or charged to your form of payment will be lifted or refunded.

Price matching helps us guarantee you always get the best deals - no matter where or how you shop KPOP Makeup Forever. We'll happily apply a discount or promotion to any order or item we sell if you've found the same discount or promotional offer being offered by us on another sales channel (such as Amazon, eBay, in-store, or Facebook).

If an item you've purchased is discounted, included in a promotional offer or goes on sale within 30 days after purchase, you may request a price adjustment.

To request a price match or adjustment, contact Customer Service. An Artist will gladly apply a credit to your KPOP Makeup Forever account or issue a KPOP Makeup Forever card (which can be used as cash on our website) for the difference in price. If the promotional offer included a free item or items (such as BOGO or a free gift(s) with purchase), you may choose to have the promotional item(s) shipped to you free plus shipping or to receive a promotional card for the full value of the item(s) at the time of the promotion.

You may request up to 5 price adjustments per calendar year and unlimited price matches.

Browse our website, select your favorite styles and add what you love to your tote! Click the shopping bag icon in the top-right of our website to review your selections. To make changes, calculate shipping or to add a note, click View Tote. Or click Checkout. You can apply VIP codes for discounts or your KPOP Makeup Forever Card balance during checkout. Once you've entered and reviewed your billing and shipping info, click Place Order.

Connect with your friends and shop in one place! Shop KPOP Makeup Forever on Facebook. Visit our Facebook shop and select an item you love. You'll be able to message us about the item, leave a comment, or share it with your friends! To place an order, make your selections and then click Checkout on Website. You can apply VIP codes for discounts or your KPOP Makeup Forever Card balance during checkout. Once you've entered and reviewed your billing and shipping info, click Place Order. Note: Facebook will only permit you to place an order for one item at a time.
