Submit a Buyer Protection Request
It's important to note that all sales at KPOP Makeup Forever™ are final and not eligible for refund. You may request a refund, exchange, after-purchase price adjustment, or price-match under our 30 Day Buyer Protection program for any eligible purchase.
Depending on the type of request, your request may take up to 3 weeks or as little as 5 business days to process. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been submitted, and another email once your request has been processed.
